( yes hello. billy has the carton of vanilla ice cream out, a spoon sticking out of his mouth and clearly lined spoon holes in the ice cream where. there probably should have been scoop marks. what kind of asshole eats right out of the carton. )

I mean--he left. He went to Texas. He thought I was--controlling him? Somehow. It was bad, we cried, he said he needed space. But now he's here and-- ( and billy's shoving more ice cream into his face. )

[ah. no question now; tommy knows exactly who billy means by them. teddy and loki. on the one hand ... #yikes. on the other ... at least billy isn’t running off to go live in cave or a makeshift treehouse in the jungle or whatever. and he’s asking tommy to stay with him. billy considers him safe. that means a hell of a lot; tommy isn’t the kind of guy people go to for something like this. sure, he lived with billy and the kaplans and teddy before, and yeah, it kinda drove him nuts, but he was one among many then. maybe this will be different, if it’s just him and billy.]
